The Supreme Court of Ohio justice Alice Resnick apparently pled Guilty to her DUI charges from a few years ago. She was sentenced to 3 days in either jail or a treatment facility. She wisely chose treatment.
On January 1, 2007, she stepped down from the Court, having decided that she would not attempt to run for another term.
I wish her the best in her recovery, but I'm glad she's no longer on the bench.

Ohio supreme court justice DUI
Alice Resnick, supreme court justice for the state of Ohio, was pulled over for driving while intoxicated the other day. She registered 0.216 on the street side breatholizer. She was then taken to the station, where she REFUSED to take the official breatholizer, thus losing her driver's license for 1 year.
Just losing her license ain't enough, people! She should be impeached, and disbarred for life! What an outrage!
